About Janice
Welcome! Janice Proctor is a Registered Massage Therapist in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She is a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist and Clinical Cupping Therapist. Janice is a member of NHPC (National Health Practitioners of Canada). Over the past 15+ years, she has practiced in a variety of clinical settings and has been a Medical Massage Therapy program educator.
Janice practices in her home based clinic in Silverspring, Saskatoon.

What to expect
Parking is available in front of my house or on the crescent.
When you arrive for your appointment, please text me at (306)281-9704 and wait for a reply. Kindly note that I will not be available more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Direct billing to most insurance companies is available. Other accepted payment methods are: etransfer, cash or cheque.
Please note that I do not have a waiting area so anyone who is accompanying a patient will need to wait in their vehicle during the appointment. If you are a parent or caregiver attending with a dependant and would like to stay in the treatment room, please let me know ahead of time.

Janice provides advanced therapeutic and relaxation massage in a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment.
She offers the highest quality of care to her clients. She is friendly and knowledgeable and cares about all aspects of your treatment. She will customize each treatment to meet your specific needs by incorporating a variety of assessment and treatment techniques that are best suited to you as an individual.
As part of her service, she will provide you with knowledge of self-administered pain management techniques such as stretching and strengthening exercises and the use of heat or cold therapy, which will help you get the most out of each treatment.
Her practice is dedicated to improving the general wellbeing of all our clients.
